We are near traditional island streets, shops, a bakery, a supermarket, and public transport. At 1.8 to 2.2 km (1.1 to 1.4 miles) are the beautiful beaches of Pounda Beach – Logara behind Livadi, and at 3 km (1.9 miles) is the long beach of Chrissi Akti. To the right of the studios at 1.5 km (0.9 miles) is the long beach of Molos with its fine sand and shallow waters, and next to it the beach of Kalogiros, famous for its clay for face and body beautification. From the terrace of the studio, you can enjoy breakfast with the constant breeze and the afternoon with the sunset, peace, and relaxation, enjoying your drink or soft drink.
